By booking a service with Cazimi Conjure (hereinafter “the Practitioner”), you agree to the following terms:  

1. Payment & Fees

Services must be paid in full before the scheduled session unless a payment plan has already been stipulated at checkout.  

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, no shows, fees, or dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance.  

• Example: If the Practitioner has an unforeseen circumstance (see: Force Majeure) and has to reschedule the consultation and the Client agrees to reschedule but the Client subsequently does not appear (digitally or otherwise) or is unable to be reached for the rescheduled consultation, the payment to the Practitioner is final.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations 

Clients may reschedule a consultation if they give the Practitioner notice 24 hours prior to the previously scheduled appointment, this is subject to availability. There is only one complimentary consultation reschedule for those who give notice 24 hours prior to the previously scheduled consultation. If there is a need for a subsequent reschedule there is a $50 fee. If the client desires to reschedule the consultation but gives notice in less than 24 hours prior to the already scheduled consultation, they may reschedule with payment of a $50 fee. There is no subsequent rescheduling for clients who have already rescheduled their consultation after failing to give notice at a previous point. Only clients who give notice 24 hours before their scheduled consultation can receive multiple rescheduling of their consultations. There are only two opportunities for receiving a rescheduled consultation for those who do give notice 24 hours prior to their consultation. The limit is 2 rescheduled consultations.

Late Arrivals: If a client is over 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited and must be rescheduled at the Practitioner’s discretion. There is a $50 fee for rescheduling a forfeited consultation.

Missed appointments without notice **will not be refunded or rescheduled**.  Please contact me if you feel you will not be able to make your consultation, my email is cazimiconjure@protonmail.com and it is listed in multiple locations on the site and at checkout.

There are exceptions for rescheduling only in unforeseen circumstances that are documented and said exceptions are still at the discretion of the Practitioner.

3. Client Conduct

Disrespect, harassment, or unethical behavior (e.g., aggressive language, spreading falsehoods about the Practitioner or their services, chargeback attempts etc.) will result in immediate termination of any ongoing or future consultation(s) and/or a permanent ban from future services.   

4. Limitation of Liability

The Practitioner is not liable for any life choices, financial, emotional or other outcomes resulting from sessions.  

Readings are for guidance only; clients are responsible for their own decisions. 

Spiritual guidance is subjective and not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.  

5. Force Majeure

The Practitioner reserves the right to reschedule/cancel due to illness, tech failures, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly.  

6. Dispute Resolution

By paying, clients waive any right to dispute charges post service.

Any chargeback attempts or associated unethical financial behavior will be disputed and met with documented evidence of the terms of service and client agreement.  

7. Estimated Time of Receipt of Service

Readings such as the Revolution of the Years Reading, Natal Chart Reading, Natal Chart & Revolution of the Years Combo Reading, Election or When Should I do a Thing Reading, Synastry Reading, and Cartomancy Readings require on average 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase for completion unless otherwise stated. We will schedule an appointment that reflects such. Numerology Readings, Quick Question Readings, Unique Insight Readings, and Conjure Consultations require 3-5 business days. Root Workings are scheduled after the completed Conjure Consultation and their time of completion is dependent on the nature of what is required but should on average take 1-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

8. Practitioner’s Intellectual Property

The Practitioner’s insights, analysis, or knowledge provided during any reading or service belongs to the Practitioner. It is the Intellectual Property of the Practitioner. The aforementioned intellectual property of the Practitioner cannot be shared on social media or any other potentially profitable platform without citation or credit given to the Practitioner. The client may share what they learned from the Practitioner with others but not in an attempt to pass it off as their own work or intellectual property. Cite your sources, cite your Astrologer and/or Practitioner. If the client or anyone else attempts to steal/plagiarize/not cite the Practitioner, the Practitioner is well within their rights to take appropriate legal or other actions to remedy the harm done by the theft.

The Client may request a copy of the consultation if not already made available by the Practitioner. If the Practitioner cannot provide a copy on their end for some reason, the Client may produce their own copy of the consultation with the Practitioner’s consent.

9. A.I. Policy

The Practitioner does not use A.I. for any service provided on this website including but not limited to the readings and other consultations.
